 The transformation of Bassetto from its present state into apartments is a relatively simple matter from a construction perspective. The layout and inherent modularity of the current buildings lend themselves to this conversion. Bassetto will not require significant modification, retaining the fundamental core and characteristics of this historic building. As such, this project is considered purely conservative restoration.The outcome of this restoration will be 21 individual residencies, developed on two or three levels, each with separate access to outside areas. The total area of the apartments amounts to approximately 2,600 sq. mt (with a median of 120 sq mt plus unity). Under the "Sales & Rent" category are subsections for "Farmhouse and Villa" and "Agricultural outbuilding" with details of the apartments and the relative number you can reserve by registering and logging in. Outside in the grounds, low consumption lighting fixtures will be employed to avoid the use of lamp posts or fixtures that would impact the overall aesthetic of the exterior. All modifications will be done in keeping with the stylistic character of the building.
