The Bassetto management team, be that family or staff, has always maintained a permanent home at Bassetto and we will continue to do so. We love our home and look forward to sharing it with you. And by living on the property we are able to form a home-run management team to assist you should you become a Bassetto property owner. Services Some of the basic services the management team will assist with include: * Upkeep of the public Bassetto areas such as the gardens, swimming pool and parking lots Our team We have been running a guesthouse on the Bassetto grounds for the past 12 years and in that time developed a fantastic team that know the ins and outs of the buildings, gardens, our animals, local workmen and all the facilities and functions of Certaldo. Many of our team are Certaldo locals or those with a long term interest in Bassetto. Some have been part of our management team from the time it was still operating as a farm. All our team are multi-lingual and have lived in different parts of the world and understand what it is to travel and be away from home. Their own experience of living abroad and their unique understanding of Bassetto and the area will enable them to serve you better. All have shared Bassetto as their base for travels around the world be that for leisure, business or love. And they are keen to continue the legacy of the property and uphold its traditions. We consider this team to be an extended family and believe our convivial atmosphere will make you feel more at home during your involvement with us. We have an understanding and appreciation of what visitors to Tuscany require and look forward to putting our multi-lingual team at your disposal to meet your needs. Here's a brief introduction to some key members of our team:  Dafne Canevaro Guicciardini“Mama” Dafne (right with her three sons) has been the leading force at Fattoria Bassetto for the past 50 years and has had a long-term dream of seeing the historic Bassetto buildings completely restored while ensuring the Bassetto spirit remains intact for future generations. Francesco Corsetti Francesco is one of Dafne’s sons and is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the Bassetto Amici project. He is also the leader and engine behind the project. Duigald Campbell Duigald is a well travelled Australian and brings years of industry experience to his role at Bassetto. He has been running the Fattoria Bassetto guesthouse for 10 years and is now responsible for Client Management. His knowledge of the ins and outs of Bassetto are an excellent guide to potential buyers/renters. Veronica Lagana Local Certaldo girl Veronica assists Duigald with Client Management and has been involved in the Fattoria Bassetto guesthouse for years. Equally fluent in Italian and English, Veronica has a Scottish mother and has lived and travelled abroad.
