 Anyone that purchases a Bassetto property will be required to pay a yearly management fee, the full amount of which will be notified on application or purchase.This fee will enable the Bassetto management team to provide the services as outlined in the "services" section of the page about "Bassetto management team" for basic property maintenance and care. However clients can lease the property back to the Bassetto management team or allow us to rent it on their behalf. This could be done to recoup the yearly maintenance fee or used as income. Use of the client's property through rental also ensures it does not become run-down through lack of use. Bassetto management has the exlusive right to rent the apartments. The yearly management fee also ensures the client's property is maintained and cleaned even when they're away. Full documentation will be provided to the client. Bassetto friends will also be required to adhere to basic usage rules of the facility which will also be outlined on application or purchase. For further details please contact our team. |
